AES Engineering Scholarship Program - AES engineering offers $500 scholarships to motivated seniors with good character.  Students are not required to be taking engineering courses.  Applicants must submit an essay of 500-1000 words.  http://www.aesengineers.com/scholarships.php (deadline Oct. 6) 

Alabama Association of School Office Personnel Scholarship (AASOP)- Scholarship opportunitiy a $1,000 scholarship to students pursuing a degree from the college of business or a degree in K-12 education at an accredited Alabama school, college or university.  The scholarships are based on scholastic record and financial need.  

Alabama Bankers Association Scholarship – Scholarship opportunities for students whose parents are employed by a bank that is a member of the Alabama Bankers Association.

Alabama Conservation District Employees Association Scholarship- available to seniors in Alabama who are entering college in the field of their choice.  Deadline March 11, 2019.  Pick up in the counselors office.

Alabama Counseling Association Scholarship - Scholarship opportunity for students in Alabama District VI (Marengo County) with GPA 3.0 or better and ACT of 18+  who are interested in a career in education or counseling.  Applications are available in the counselor's office.  Deadline Feb. 28, 2019.

Alabama Farmers Federation Scholarships - $1,000 scholarships awarded based on academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities.  Must have a 2.5 GPA or better and be a member of the Alabama Farmers Federation.  www.alfainsurance.com

Alabama Leaders in Technology (ALET)- Debbie B. Rice Memorial Scholarship is availabe for graduating seniors with a record of volunteerism in the community in both non-school sponsored and extracurricular school activities.  Minimum 2.75 GPA.
